The Red

En urged in my world of suffering & endless confusion
I seek the surface, seek light so i can decide what exactly is my delusion
I seek the wisdom to end my pain, find a conclusion
I will see the end of my world of illusion
Today is another day of fight for light
Another battle to fight my blight
And learn whats right in spite
My inability to use honest sight and see the light
Conjure up yet another picture
Of me at the end, task delivered
See what is not real, just an imaginary picture
Listen to my own untrue lecture.
I sit here, locked in my head
Hearing all the words you said
I must move away from you or I might be dead
This realization sucks me deeper into the red
