To Divine I pray
Beneath the moonlit sky
Arms upraised, circle pure
Behold my love
Such precious gifts of life
Oh my sweet angel
For you I give my heart
A thousand lifetimes unchanged
Offering you hope when times are dark
Shining a light when all seems lost
Warming you always
When the cold does pierce your flesh
For you I pray
In happiness you will find no end
In love you will be nourished
In life your wishes come true
In dreams you find your peace
For you I pray
That you are safe
Sheltered from a selfish pain
Chains that have long since rusted
Will be softly washed away
You need only trust in your heart
And find peace in your strength
For you I pray
All the beauty of life
Upon you be bestowed
May the clouds part in your presence
Adorning you a sky of brilliant blue
Where the sun shall caress your skin
Through to the velvet hues of twilight
May you find your solace in a hectic world
Til along the planes we dance

Author's Notes: Daly is spelled wrong on purpose. Is not a typo. It is a piece I wrote about an amazingly gorgeous man, that I have had so many dreams of over the years, some not so good. I'm still not sure why it's any of my business or why they have to be as strong as they are, but sometimes I fear so much for him and hope with everything in me that I'm wrong though I know I rarely am. So while I cannot be there to fix the problem, I can make damn sure he's safe, and I always will, no matter what. Glitter and all.
