Trapped

by Tell, Show, Involve
 Age Group: Adult

He Feels so mixed up, pulled in two directions, he's lost in between, two different worlds, cut down the middle, it'll hurt either way, there's more and more bullsh*t every day,
The screams of the mother, The lies of the sister, The fists of the father, day after day, stuck in the middle he hasn't a clue, no on to lean on, what does he do?
He suffers in silence, as the days go by, he wants it to change, but the deciet and the lies make it so hard for him to live his life, so he finds a dark place to hide, lays down his head to cry, blocks out the world, and closes his eyes,
The tears from the mother, The thoughts of the sister, the blood from the father, day after day, he's stuck in the middle, he hasn't a clue, no one to trust, alone in his truth,
Each tear that falls, he says in his mind, maybe he'll end it, then he could find, an end to his problems, the end of his fear, it stands in front of him, alive and clear, but it's just outta reach, out of his hands, he falls to his knees, he can no longer stand,
He crawls to the cabniet, pulls out the pills, a crack in the window, makes the room go chill, a whisper of goodbye passes his lips, clutching the bottle he's horribly sick, hours pass as he sweats outt he pain, then it stops, his cold lips staind,
Silence comes now, the pain is no more, he lay there frozen, stiff as a board, no more fear, no more lies, this twelve year old boy, has ended his life, his parents they cry, they pray to their god, knowing full well, it's not heaven hes gone, the sister is silent, hoping for a nightmare, that she'll wake up soon with her brother there,
Method was suicide, reason unclear, if found a bit sooner, he'd still be here, traditional burial, or burned to the ashes? here is the note of his last wishes,
A kiss from my mother, A laugh from my sister, A hug from my father, every day, Friends that will call me, with plenty to do, The world to accept me, so i can love too!
Author's Notes: This was written in tribute to a very close friend who committed suicide, that is all that need be said!
