Kali mudra

This was taught to me by Swami Hari Prasad who was the swami of Divya Dham temple in Queens NY.
Take your 1st fingers (both indexes) and stick them in your ears. Take your middle fingers and gently put them over your eyelids (eyes should be closed) . Now point your thumbs to the middle fingers these two should make a circle of sorts.. The other fingers shoul be pointing down. Roll up your tougne and eye balls should be pointed up. Keep your mind as clear as possible. Dont think about the days events.
Author's Notes: hint you will see a red dot. You may even eventually see Kali's face.
