Hello Tomorrow

The tears will go away
And the pain won't stay
You will laugh once again
When you remember your friend, so
Say goodbye to sorrow
Say hello to tomorrow
One turn of the wheel
And you will feel
The joy again, when you
Think about your friend
Say goodbye to sorrow
Say hello to tomorrow
We lose,
Fathers and mothers and
Sisters and brothers and
Friends and lovers and
All of the others
You think that they're gone
But there love will go on
You Hold it inside you
To comfort and guide you
All those who depart
Still live in your heart
'Til together once again
You laugh about when
Say goodbye to sorrow
Say hello to tomorrow
Author's Notes: A year after the death of a very dear friend I was driving and heard her voice whispering this into my ear. It became a very healing song for me.
