Phoenix Rising

Phoenix Rising
Within my heart, there is a truth
A truth that does not deny the soul’s path
A place where need and want are the same
And love knows no bounds
Fate and destiny lay waiting
For the dreamer to weave the tapestry
In unison with the universal plan
In light and enlightened to the direction of the spirit
Follow through the mists and become whole and free
Intuition and insight, love and trust
Within and without, above and below
Beyond time and space
Continuing into self and soul
To find this truth
Flying above what is known
To embrace the unknown
With hope and peace
Respectful disregard to others opinion
As it is my path to walk alone
And my wholeness that lies in the balance
I, the dreamer, know best
What is and what is not
Truth in my heart
And will weave the tapestry
As a reminder of my path
Rising above the ashes
And kindling the flame within
With peace and hope, in light and love
