Sometimes I Am... II

Sometimes I am so hard to figure out...
I am so wierd, a strange Pixie.
I get so far past tired, drained,
exhausted, wiped-out, spent.
Where does the energy go?
I get well beyond angry...
So mad I can't see straight
and it's the little things that get to me.
I can hit some really low notes.
So sad, crying at nothing,
Then feeling kind of bad for that.
Somtimes I really don't understand me.
Sometimes I am unbelievably strange...
Such an odd creature called "Pixie".
I get so hyper! Wound up and buzzing
And there's no way I can sleep...
Up and Moon-gazing with the owls.
I can't be serious, everything seems
so light, it doesn't matter, really.
Come on, people, chill-out!
Hitting the highs, rediculously happy...
Laughter won't stop, I'm bubbling over
And it feels so silly that it makes me laugh!
I really don't make much sense, sometimes.
Sometimes, I am just confused.
Feel such delight, then feel so down.
In the blink of an eye I can change.
(But then, I never did like "normal".)
But really, so strange! Am I the only one?
Or does every one have days like these?
Up one moment and down the next...
Calm and laid back to angry at the world...
Wired and buzzed then totaly drained...
Sometimes, I just don't know what's going on.
Ahh, then the quiet time...
I realize it's not just me.
I don't know about the guys,
But you ladies understand.
It's "that time" again...
Hormonal swings make us all crazy!
Soon, it'll smooth out again,
I'll be back to myself again in no time.
*sigh*

Author's Notes: ...Yup! The three most feared letters in the universe! P.M.S. has got me feeling so-o-o funky and out of sorts. It will pass, it always does. I just need to find some chocolate. Every girl's best friend thru the hormonal swing! ;-)
