The Wheel

The Wheel
The wheel turns ever around
The seasons cycle through the year
The ever-changing air and ground
Calls to the people far and near
Spring’s planting, summer’s green cloak
Fall’s turning leaves, winter’s bareness
Deep within, strange feelings awoke
Ever calling to the people’s awareness
Air and fire, water and earth
Animals and insects, the fish and flowers
Birth and life, death and rebirth
All respond to Nature’s awesome power
Skyclad figures gather in the night
Dance and sing around the fire raised
Under the full moon’s bright light
The Lady above is honored and praised
As below, so above
As within, so without
In perfect trust and love
That is what its all about
Just look within and you will see
Merry part and Blessed Be
