Electric Bliss

Dance me in your arms tonight,
Our bodies bathed in soft Moonlight
...Toward the Night Sky we take flight
In electric bliss we dance
Your magic touch begins the trance
...We burn in a wild romance
Caresses from your fevered Dreams
Pull from me ecstatic screams
And pushed us past breathless extremes
...Another precious kiss you steal...
...Passion you cannot conceal...
...Surrender to the heat you feel...
So play your passions out on me
Your sweet touch can set me free
For your warm fingers hold the key
Through the night, my voice will ring
On high energy that you bring
...Your Dreams are the Songs I sing
Once more, dance with me tonight
Our bodies blessed by Full Moon's light
...Through the Night Sky in free flight!
Author's Notes: A love song from a Guitar to her Player...
Written from dreams inspired by watching the relationship that Steve Vai has with his (gorgeous!) Guitars.
If you've read my other poetry, you'll recognize the rhythm/structure from a previous piece. They were written close to eachother, this one 'sprouted' from the other.
There are, after all, many ways to Dance in that Love Tide! ;-)
