Spring Grass

Upon that hill, Gazing on those tall blades of grass as the sun passed through them, Glowing, Almost neon, tall, proud, The sun high ahead in the west, Warming me against the still chill breeze, Spring trying to win...
Author's Notes: I thought of this on a still chilly spring day upon a hill as the sun was getting ready to set. :)
