Perfect Love and Perfect Trust

Perfect Love and Perfect Trust
In perfect love and perfect trust
Obey these simple words I must
Do as you will, harm no living thing
This is the simple message I bring
I am a Wiccan this is true
I don’t know why this bothers you
Religious freedom is all I seek
I really am not a freak
You think we are different I know that is true
We are not so different me and you
We believe in love and harmony
Just look at us and you will see
We also worship the divine
Although your Name for it differs from mine
We worship Gods from long ago
Most of them have names you know
The Old Gods still have things to teach
But you have to listen, we don’t preach
We don’t force others to follow our path
Just compare the two and do the math
Your choice of faith is yours alone
All we ask is let us have our own
Don’t tell us we must conform
Just because we are not the norm
Just because we use spells
Does not mean we are going to hell
We worship water earth fire and air
What we do is much like prayer
With these words I end my rhyme
I hope you understand in time
Faith is faith no mater where you go
We are good in our hearts it will show
Author's Notes: I really have no idea where this came from I sat down this morning opened word and begain to type. I love writeing poems but this one came very easy.
