Mabon Blessings

Age Group: Adult
Mabon brings a time of change,
As the earth winds down.
Harvest fields now plowed asunder,
Turning gold to brown.
Crisper mornings, soft sunshine,
Southbound birds and falling leaves.
Jewel-like dew on spider's webs,
Corn standing up in sheaves.
Bright blue skies and star filled nights,
Each colder than before.
Nips of frost soon in the air,
Grains in barns are stored.
Around Life's Circle, we shall go,
Saving out the best.
Seeds we've planted resting now,
Seasons melding into next.
Blessings on this Sacred Day,
I bid from me to you.
May Autumn's journey see you safe,
And friends and loved ones, too.
