Rain Drop

Age Group: Adult
A small life re-lived
As if in a reoccuring dream
You're always saying goodbye
to what you knew
Silently looking up at.....
that sullen cloud
Your eyes seem to scream
" YOU NEED ME"
as gravity takes hold
A fathom's fall and a
Jetstream's breath
Mold you into a pavement's tear
It's a saddened lesson
Fall from glory to be -
Mildew mixed in the soles
Of a slave slum's shoes.
Author's Notes: A somewhat quirky day. see if you make heads or tails of it ;D
