The sight of true love

by Asharian

Age Group: Adult

What I seek is love, love is one of the things I seek. I seek to be loved, for what I am, not who I am. I seek to be love by the world for what I plan to be, not what I am label to be. I am a grind of sand in a Sahara desert trying to find love, hopping it will find me. How would I know if the love I fine loves me, not just what I can do? Am I just to stand her and wait for love, or is it like a game of Marko polo being played in the ocean of the world. Where everyone is Marko and there is a polo that is waiting for you and many who makes the false cries of polo. The game of love is set up for heart break, but it also can teach you much more. It will teach you to open your heart to pain, and you may be able to see the love you were always meant to have. Some close their heart do to the pain that was inflicted upon them and the process, and will never see their true love. If love was blind, then I have 20/20 vision. For some reason I can see all thing as it is but love, I cannot see. I can see lust, but love still will not show itself to me. Maybe I am meant to be heard and not loved. I believe is everyone will find love. So could it be that everything I believe is wrong. Is the love given only by another can one find love elsewhere? Yes, one can find love else where, life, creating, what you do, and much more. If you do what you love, and love what you the love of another will follow. Even if another person do not enter you life, you have found true love. True love can not be seen on the out side but with in true love is what makes you truly happy. No one can tell you if you have true love, only you know because only you can see your true self.

Author's Notes: In my life, I had to go throw a lot of hardship. No matter hard the pain I hade to go throw, I was always there for the people I loved. I did, and will do anything for them. Because of their pain, I could not bear to show it to them. While going down that path the only thing, I wanted to have been someone to be by my side, and help me deal with the pain I saw, but because of the pain of my love ones. I put my pain away, so that they would not worry about me and become better. I use laughter, smiles, and much not to help them, but also hide my pain. So I long that one day I may be able to find someone to be with me, someone I can truly love. I ask you, Is that to much to ask of life.
