All I Can Say

All I can say
As my dreams
Hit the floor
And crash,
Lying there,
Inert and useless,
Is "Okay."
All I can give
As my heart
Breaks open
And bleeds,
Beating there,
Throbbing and hurt,
Is freedom.
All I can do
As my mind
Splits apart
And my plans
Fall apart,
Failed and over,
Is smile.
The only one
That I do this for,
The one I,
Of everyone,
Deem worthy,
Is you.
And you don't know.
