Carried -
Within the wind, the breeze, the air
Nurtured by souls that glide with care
An ultimate knowledge, sacred and rare
Exists -
A fantasy land that thrives in the night
Within our reach, hidden from sight
Comprised of a gift of spiritual might
Listen -
To words unspoken, this melodic song
Untouched and soaring, a power so strong
Receive the pleasure, absorb it, belong
Travel -
Beyond times restraint to this force unseen
Visited many times within forgotten dreams
Enter the domain, let your spirit believe
Hear -
As you cover your eyes and turn the key
Allow your minds eye to unveil the mystery
Renew your being, infuse its energy
Feel -
The comfort instilled by perpetual bliss
Fill with harmony, replace the emptiness
Hold the songs of your soul; cherish all this

Author's Notes: I wrote this back in 1997 while listening to music from Final Fantasy which inspired the poem. My copy of this poem is printed ontop of a sunset, ocean scene. I find comfort in it, and hope you do too.
