Set me free

What am I to do when you’re gone;
Because, I feel, it’s best to move on…
Your words- they cut me,
Hidden, so as to keep face…
Yet I linger; your love-to taste….
What am I to see if you, my love…..
If you can’t bear to be with me?
You just want to be friends-
And that’s perfectly fine with me;
But remember love… your choices -affect me…
As time goes by, you know me less…
Please save this heart from this aching chest…
I’m falling to pieces now-
Only you have the exact key…
Please unlock -this heart; set me free!
Or I fear without understanding…
I will steadily, lose my sanity,
So Give me closure; ease my mind…
Author's Notes: I have always felt that closure in any situation is important in order for things to press forward weather in a relationship or anything else in life. This represents just that to remind that we all need closure at times...
