My Divine

She roams the earth just like you and I...
Nothing special to just any guy...
She lights up the room like the sweet divine...
But she was planted on me, this gem of mine...
It happened so fast, like lighting in the distance...
It felt so right, like we knew each other forever…
Anything thing we do together, no resistance…
Break her trust, I could never…
She is my Divine…
My soul mate, best friend, and lover…
Like a bottle of aged wine…
We will mesh together, over and over…
Past, Present, and future we grow…
We will share this lifetime as one…
All the way to crone we already know…
This isn’t the first life time that we have spun…
I love you with all my heart and soul…
This lifetime I have already succeeded my goal…
We have found each other again…
Let’s savor every moment we have…
Till our journey reaches the end…
Author's Notes: This is poem about my soul mate Gidget. When we first met it was like we had known each other for many lifetimes... Come to find out after many sessions of Reiki and meditation together, we have very old souls and they have mingled in the past!
