He Has Found Her (2 of 3)

Darkness falls over him.
He is lost until morning.
What if morning never comes?
He is forever lost in a world of gloom.
No one to light his path.
He stumbles over everything.
Anything.
Scared that one day he will stumble over
Something too big for handle himself,
He looks for her.
Hoping that they will soon meet.
He is alone.
He is very alone.
Suddenly there is a dim light in the distance.
This is hope.
The light gets bigger as he approaches it.
This is faith.
It is her.
They have finally met.
Even in the cold murky night,
Her face is as beautiful as a warm spring morning.
She looks at him.
He looks at her.
They turn, hold hands and
Walk towards the beautiful dawning sun.
Author's Notes: Just when things couldn't get any darker, the male subject finally encounters this womanly figure he so desparately sought out. It's as if her presence alone can chase away darkness and fear. In the end, they walk hand in hand into a newly awakening day of life.
