Hail to the bean from distant fields
When ground to dust new life it yeilds
To those who wake, yet have not slept
Those lost in the night through wich rest crept
Such morning light the smell wafts through
Black life in a pot, how it does renew
Our battered senses and tired minds
Ourselves recharged, to the day resigned
Over the hill of morning it fuels our fight
And gets us through till comes the night
