Twilight Voices

The nightshadows of the twilight sky,
moving quickly around this Moon's milky eye,
Gazing and shuddering at what may have been,
They fall down and wonder, what has brought this awful sin?
Moonlight's walking, the doors begin talking,
Echoing those words down these long empty halls,
Bouncing and breaking these built up walls. . .
They break past the point, and journey on through,
the world would think us crazy, if they only knew. . .
They talk and talk, like a raven in the past,
Through us they find a long lost friend,
One they may talk with, these hours, now days, going so fast.,
This quaint relation we have built, it seems will fade to the past. . .
So a farewell to be said, and goodbyes flash us by.
Tomorrow we will talk again, in the midnight's twilight sky.
