Dont Cry!

Dont cry, no one is here,
Dont cry, no one can see your tears.
Wait till dark when you are alone,
No one will hear your sorrow, no one will be home.
You try to make it all seem well,
You wonder if anyone can tell.
How you hide your fears and sorrow,
Dont cry , there is always tomorrow.
You wonder if this will stop before you die,
No one knows the tears you hide.
You sit in your room and hide the pain,
The tears are welling up again.
No one knows, you know why.
Dont be hollow deep down inside.
Try to believe, its all a dream.
Dont be sad, try not to scream.
Maybe someday your feelings you cant hide,
Someone will see, dont be sad -dont cry.
Author's Notes: This is personal pain I feel because of my Fathers passing. I still cry and it will be 2 years this January. I always wondered how people got by when their father or mother passed away.Now I see, and now I know, its doesnt go away.Its with you everyday of your life.I see someone that reminds of my dad, and I just break-down.I guess with time, I will heal, but its sure a pain I will never forget and I know it will come again with my mother and I know all of the pain and sorrow will be back as well.Its just life, some people say to me, but its my life, and they cant imagine what I am going through.Its like having a baby I guess, everyone is different with their pain.Some have it easy, some dont.My sorrow and pain is still here.Its like yesterday to me.I say a little poem each and everynight to dad, knowing he is listening.
My daddy had to go away,
I will see him again someday.
But for now we have to part,
So I will keep him in my heart!
I love and miss you Daddy!
