A Love Potion

Age Group: Adult
In perfect love
and perfect trust,
both agreed
is a must.
A small little bottle
charged by the full moon,
even when absent
he’ll be back to you soon.
A snippet from the thicket
placed in the bottle,
drenched in rose oil
keeps things moving full throttle.
Rose oil on the pillow,
a few drops in the bed,
you will not be forgotten,
you’ll stay in his head.
A rose candle lit
will bind the emotion,
while the oil in the bottle
makes a powerful potion.
When returned to the real world
the smell in his head,
embraced in your arms
while sharing the bed.
The visual reminder
something personal from you,
open the bottle
and it all starts anew.
