Magic Leaves

Age Group: Adult
We took the children to the woods to play,
When in from of my eyes there they lay.
The carpet of leaves were quiet at first,
Till one by one they danced with mirth.
They chased the children round the trees,
Till one or two kids fell to their knees.
But when they saw the children watching them play,
They knew their magic time was over for today.
So another time, another day,
We will watch the leaves at play.
