That draws us

It is here my friend we weave our spell
create a world from inspirations well
We circulate our thoughts, our dreams
envision the goals that inward screams
All to the want
that need to be
all that here
a poet can see.
It is here my friend
the words flow free
the ancient story, the mystery
Its upon fate and destinies sweet call
that the ancients wrote, here foresaw
the human need
that vibrant seed,
The value here of a Soul
that within itself there does coil
Upon the ancient vibrant soil.
We craft our world upon what lies
deep within our mortal sighs
to drift our sight before the world
in this the spell of making
where poetry does arise
To the want and needs, therein it cries
For the common bond
the thoughts most fond
That draws us all as one.
