A Dragons heart (revised)

Age Group: Adult
Deep in a dragons heart lies a wish.
So strong that it consumes his every moment.
So deap is it buried that only he knows.
Now dragons are meant to live forever,
But broken heart not mended will bring the end.
For this wish he can not fill is killing him.
Little by little more every day this dragon is fading away. Only one other knows this dragons wish,
For to beauty he could not withhold.
Most do think a dragons heart to be strong as stone.
This my friends is so not true.
For a dragon heart holds the greatest love ever known,
When this dragons time does pass
His last words shall be
Please forgive me my love,
For all the pain that i have caused
For the wish thats buried me deep.
That this love I have for you could be only yours
To truly known the words this dragon did give.
His body turned to ash, blown upon the wind
As his dearest friend hung her head and cried.
Author's Notes: ok ok ok i know its not the best thing out there im just tring to clear my chest but the army calls and i must run
