I Believe

I believe,
There's an answer,
I believe,
There's a way,
For us all,
To live as brothers,
For our children to see,
A better day.
I believe,
There's an answer,
I believe,
There's a way,
For us to realize,
We're killing our Mother,
For us to treat our Earth,
Like we want to stay,
Because I believe,
In the wind across my face,
And I believe,
All things are sacred in this place,
And I believe,
That our sons and our daughters,
Hold the key within their eyes,
If only we could capture innocence
And let the rest wash out with the tide.
I believe,
It's the question,
I believe,
That we all fear,
How did we,
Become this creature,
How do we find our way out of here?
Because I believe,
In the wind across my face,
And I believe,
All things are sacred in this place,
And I believe,
That our sons and our daughters,
Hold the key within their eyes,
If only we could capture innocence,
And let the rest wash out with the tide.
I believe,
That if we all believed in something,
That we could make this world a better place.
