The white room

The white room
When you feel blocked, unbalanced, or need creative inspiration go to the white room. This is a meditation meant to bring you to your inner self and allow you to release unwanted fears.
Go to a place where you feel safe, sit comfortably, close your eyes and breathe in to the count of 10, hold for 2, and exhale. Do this until you feel yourself relaxed and in rhythm with your body. Imagine a white room with 6 sides, a white floor and a white ceiling. There are no windows and no doors. See yourself as you are in the middle of the room. The wall glow a faint soft white light. As you breath in the walls get closer to you, as you exhale the unwanted fear lifts off of you like smoke or steam. Continue to imagine the walls getting closer and the fears lifting off of you in larger and larger amounts. As the walls reach the point where they touch your skin you realize that they are not solid, but translucent panes of light. At that moment they all merge together in one solid column of light, and fill you with white light all through every cell. Imagine that the column gets thinner and thinner until it’s just a thread, but your body is always white with light. As the thread disappears, exhale and feel yourself whole and refreshed. When you’re ready open your eyes.
