What is Love Really?

What is love really?
Is it what you think?
Does it come in a package?
Small, medium or pink?
Is it the look that you once got from your lover?
Does it fade, or come from another?
What is love Really?
Love is the feeling
A being…A way of life……
Love is the Goddess knowing what’s right!
Love is that feeling you wished it would never end……
And Love is the smiles that come from a friend……
Love is not harsh, stupid, or mean…..
Love is not fear or controlled or unclean.
Love is Pure and unconditional.
Love is, just knowing, you’re thought of as special…
What is Love Really?
Do you suppose?
Is marked with price tags, Ribbons and bows?
Does it come in the mail or maybe on a Truck?
Some people say it’s the way that they f#?k?
What is Love Really?
Do you think you know?
Is these things that sometimes glow?
Is it my sister yelling down the hall?
Or maybe it’s the predator who sits at the mall…
Love is not those things you see…
Love is Love, and no Room for Just Me…..
Love is Everyone together as One…
Not Ruled by Ego, Fear or One with a Gun .
Love is a glimmer of your favorite things
Love is the laughter of your child on swings
Love is a yearn to spend each and every day
With the man you married on that hopeful day
What is Love Really?
Will you put up a fight?
Is love the hearing of cries in the night?
Or maybe that guy hitting his wife?
Is it the robber who’s up to no good?
Or maybe it’s that mother who’s not doing what she should?
What is Love Really?
Ill let you take the stand….
So Open your heart and you will understand…
Love just is…There’s no way around it…
So accept and move on and just learn to love it.....
