My Lovers Touch

I sit here as another night rolls on.
Memories and thoughts of you clouding all else before me.
The carress of your hand. The feel of your lips against mine. It all floods to me nightly.
Even though the time is short. Centuries seem to pass by before I can see you, hold you. Every moment away from you is a century.
Perhaps that is why I hold you so tight. Or is it that in you I have life. Not just breathing and heart pumping life but true life.
The kind of life a scientist cannot compute. There is no formula for this type of life. This life is by love. True love that makes everyday seem more alive more vibrant.
I love you Sarah
Somehow those words just dont seem enough. They dont seem to capture what you do for me.
You are a gift given by the Mother Goddess. A gift I will always cherish.
So instead of just words, may my actions show you of my love. May my actions always make you smile as they did when I placed that ring on your finger
