Flowers in the Frost

I am like a flower in the frost
both elegent and cold
I am like a snowflake
both beautiful but alone
I am in the freezing
for my heart is aching cold
There is no spring for me as if the sun does not rise
for I am just a flower
in the moon's frozen wintery eye
But I shall not wilt
I will stand, erect and graceful
My petals will ignore the gush of wind
My leaves will not figdet in the cold snow
I will stand, erect and graceful
Until the sun rises
Or spring comes
To warm and soften my petals
To dry and heal my leaves
I will stand, erect and graceful
Author's Notes: Many of my friends are cutters and psyhcotics. Many times the Chruch or the schools find out and send them out, calling them a threat to others safety. I like to recite this because they always come back ten times healthier and stronger.
