HIdden behind shining Stars

They glitter though I cannot see why
They tear though I cannot see reason
They shine though I cannot tell why
I am with the stars
Hovering, loving, riding above them
I kneel at their color, their light
But they act like a veil cloaking me, protecting me
From the world
But once I saw through the stars
I saw myself
lying on a white mattress
I was there
I thought I was dead
But at that momment I seemed to breathe again
At that momment I seemed to open my eyes
Beyond that momment I only saw my ceiling filled with fake stars
I could not have been dreaming
I am too warm for that
Author's Notes: If you have ever taken an astral journey, one to take is to see the stars. I love the night because when I was little I was afraid of the dark so when I got in bed I shut my eyes tight and didn't look around. Now I love the wonder of it and the life that it holds. I love the moon shining too!
