The Price of a Page

We gather book for book,
word for word, message for message,
but in our hearts we wear the pages,
we are the ink, but not the secrets,
that secret that makes the words sing,
the weather be still, and the water to fall upwards,
to enter the land of beyond,
to sit by the fire of the ancient tones,
We are the book,
but why not the song, the falls and the secret,
perhaps with age we will be,
ready to read our own pages,
Author's Notes: As a Teacher and Guide in the arts i found only one thing rings true.... you are why you was called or came forth...
so know why you are part of the call...
because its the caller that counts not the calling...
(this is what i find)
