Springs sweet nectar
On the tip of my tongue!
As sweet as the taste
of honeysuckle.
So passionately craved
after all these months
of being dormant and cold.
Suddenly finding life again!
Starting small and
fighting its way thru the earth
to the warming sun.
The sun nurtures the sprout,
encouraging its growth.
Gently, willing it
to become all that it can!
To make, such sweet nectar
Once again!
