The Grand Wish

They all say that magick is free that you can pick it from any tree,
but know that's a lie sewn in to suit the one that's very lost,
to twist and turn you very essence into Pandora's mysterious box,
you may want and cast and be a friendly prize to all,
but know these are the links ahead and not why you hear the ravens call,
you may totem or teach an art of the Shaw,
but again these are only tools and not the truth of wisdom's wall,
you may want to put a natured spin on all the things you see,
but the fact you can't have but want is why each message isn't what may be,
so utter your grandest wish and hope for peace in the world,
but know that your echo is swept to every ear that's heard
so seek in the eye of Horus or the scrolls of Thoth, kiss in Maat or baste, in Diana or Zeus not,
share in the dragons power, and play with the very world you touch,
but know it wants more then you when time remains your crutch,
Author's Notes: This is my own view in the years that i pride myself on sharing wisdom and magick's pure gift, its the pattern we all want and the guilt that keeps it from those that aren't ready to move into the unseen...
so be honest and you might be.......ready
