Night Train

Night Train
In the deepest,
darkest,
part of night,
it comes for me.
Big and powerful
and welcomed,
with such anxiousness.
Its nightly arrival means,
my departure
is finally here.
I climb aboard knowing,
my journey will take me
to My Paradise.
A place that is pure,
blissful and serene.
Where soul meets soul
to experience oneness,
as only souls can do.
As they intermingle,
they become one with
their other half.
Paradise is there,
for those of us
who choose to go.
To experience
the Bliss.
But,
looming in the dark,
it comes again.
Big and powerful.
As it gets closer,
I can feel a chill;
A deep sadness.
As it is coming,
To take me back.
Away,
from my Paradise
And back to
The new day dawning.
