Life Anew

Life beginning anew
Whence grasses are sprouting through,
Being not a lot but a few.
Trees budding all over,
While treasures untold
Wait to be ultimately discovered.
Flowers and countless plants, to behold
Reaching for that precious light,
Now that winters' unforgiving, merciless blight,
Having been turned by the
Timely wheel of life,
Has abruptly ended.
Looking forward to days anew,
Thanking the Goddess,
One time more, for
Her eternal promise,
Creating new life,
Where none was before.
Thank You Goddess for this Beltane
Along with the Numerous
Spirits, within your train.
Bringing forth all life,
That your wonders be admired,
While our earthly desires
Becoming fulfilled,
As you and the Horned God
Has always willed.
