a percentage of us toe the line

55% polyester
45% cotton
A fusion of his scent
And my sweat
On a landscape of tactile grey
I conceal my nose in the cotton
A gate of memories
emotions
Made available all through
95% alcohol and
5% fragrance
Striped sweaters
Plaid couches
Velvet theater seats
Mohair vests
The grey soon chafes the
Blue 97% cotton and
3% spandex
Comforting
Inviting sleep
Terminating needless thought processes
96% of me is completely lost and unsure
And the other 4% agrees.
