The Mother
by Soaring
Age Group: Teen
Light bursts around her,
That energy, that passion, that fire,
Consumes her.
She is full of wonderful life,
And of love.
She is a wonder,
A beautiful, perfect thing,
to be seen and changed by.
She bears the essence of all that we live for,
And gives of herself to those who need.
She expresses, personifies,
All that mothers hold close to their hearts,
That love and that wisdom.
A rounded being,
At her prime,
She is all that the young look forward to becoming,
And all that the old look back at and smile,
Remembering their own days as a such
A fiery creature as she is.
She holds power,
A magnificent knowlege of birth,
And that color gleams through her body
And in her existence.
She embodies that feeling
We associate with our creators,
Those who bear us until we are ready,
To emerge into the world.
