A dream is a seduction, power, promise
It is the reality of another world
As a nightmare is the reality of this world
A dream is beautiful as a nightmare is twisted
Two sides of the same coin
Is a nightmare and a dream
When did we stop listening
To our dreams and nightmares
Will we ever remember how?
A dream is a promise as a
nightmare is a warning
A dream holds power as a nightmare holds power
A dream is a seduction of all six senses
As a nightmare is a tempest tossing them around
Why did we stop listening to
The warnings of a nightmare
The beauty of a dream
A dream is a seduction, power, promise
and though we have stopped listening
The dreams still come with all their beauty
The nightmares still haunt us with their warnings
Why?
