I'd wake
by Cee Are

I'd wake up to your laughter
But it's only been a dream
Just the morning after
An evening empty of your arms
I'd wish that we were there
Wherever that might be
For you're not without your charms
Which I wish that I could see
Whether tis' the curve of your cheek
Or the smell & softness of your hair
Your eyes contain a you that I seek
You will know when I will be there
Having led me to the moment
Whenever it will be
There is some thing I will say
Words nestled in the down of your neck
You will laugh delicously
And gather me closer in your arms
That's when I awoke
Cause it's only been a dream
Tho' one I'll wait to see become You & Me
