Shrouded in Shadows

Once long ago Ihad a dream of finding my true love and to grow old with that person
For a while i actually thought that my dream was a lost cause and that it was not to be
Then I seen you shrouded in shadows in the dorrway of Zen's
For a minute I could not believe my eyes, heart, or soul when they said, " He is the one."
I didn't want to leave the store but my friend talked me into going to the beach with her
I was hoping that you would stay at the store until I got back
After being at the beach for an hour I walked into Zens
I just walked through the door when Steve said to take a small walk with him
I went outside and talked with him for a few minutes, then he said that you had answers for me
I walked up to you, touched your shoulder, and said I was told you have some answers for me, can we talk and you said alone
So we went for a walk outside and talked
Fifteen minutes later we went back into Zens and jokingly told everyone that we were dating
It is still hard to believe that my dream is actually coming true
I could never have hoped this to happen
I am so happy and I would not change one thing about us
