~~A Promise~~

In a moment of smiles
you wove your magic
and enfolded me in a graceful sway
of ephemeral glory.
I stood there
in awe that you could find me
as a flame of your desire
and still be the woman
to the touch of this skin.
And each touch of you
still is as intoxicating
as the last
I would breathe you eternal
if you would have me
lay my heart in crimson glory
on folded greenery
as if a treasured gift
for the plunder of your soul
ah, that you would bring me to these depths
and so soon
and all you had to do was promise
we would meet again.
