Uneasy

My heart, uneasy at rest
While to a photo I still confess
A tear, A thought, A dream
Something that's never what it seems
My soul, uneasy at rest
While to myself I still confess
A pain to which I now feel
Pain to which will never heal
My lips, uneasy at rest
While to her I wish to confess
A feeling to which I've always had
Feelings that make me sad
My mind, uneasy at rest
While thoughts of her I still possess
A picture that I will always see
Visions of past and wishes to be
My body, uneasy at rest
To words I'm grateful to have confessed
Something that will never fade
Something that I'm glad has stayed
