It's Because I Care

No more lies
No more secrets
Tell me everything
I want to know
I don’t care if it takes an eternity
Tell me now so I don’t have to worry
I beg you please
Just stay with me
I want to know
What you seen
What made you scared
I want to know everything
Stay a while
I don’t mind
Speak your mind
I do it all the time
Show some feeling
It’s what I do
Don’t show your afraid
Even though it’s true
Don’t do drugs
Smoke or drink
It’s not good
It’ll make you sink
Into a hole so deep
That even you won’t be able to come back out
So in the end
Tell me everything
Show some emotion
Speak your mind
Stand your ground
Scream and shout
Don’t do drugs
Please don’t smoke
Or drink
Do this and I will be pleased
“Why?“ you ask
Why do I ask you of all these things?
It’s because you’re my friend
Till the very end and more
I’ll take a bullet for you
Anytime anywhere
“Why?” you ask
It’s because I care
