My Lovely Prey

Didn't you know you couldn't get away so easily
You never had a chance to escape
You're in my sights
You're my prey
You're scent is never going to go away
From my mind
Your mine
In my dreams
Your by my side
But in real life
Your not alive
Or at least not emotionally
Something changed in the air around you …
Something I can't explain
You say your fine
But it's a lie
Your eyes tell a different story
Tell me dear
What you fear
Or else the past will haunt you
Your present scarce
The future last
This is not the way
To go down life's path
I want you bad
You have no idea
I want you alive
To be forever by my side
Your emotions rage
Deeply inside
It's not healthy
For the human body
To have that much stress
In the inner core
Of one's being
Free
Let the emotions ring out like a song
So everyone can hear it
And for yourself to sing along
Like a caged bird
Who wants to be free
So he sings for the master's key
My last wish
Is for your sanity
For the emotions to dissipate like fog
In the early light of Dawn
I want you happy
For an eternity
This is my last wish
For you:
My prey
My dear
My little caged being
And lastly
My Love
Author's Notes: I had nooooo idea what category to put this under so I thought other would do just fine..... =P
This also came to me from a dream I had. It sparked my creative flow. :)
