Full Moon Plea....

hold me
firm yet tender
embrace my heart
with moonlit tendrils
to surround me
caress my soul
and breathe embers
of passion to life.
I have felt your touch
brief and fleeting
and yearned for
your sweet illumination
awaking depths
within my spirit.
Constant watcher
bathed in lapis
and diamonds
your beauty
astounds me
awash in delight
my plea intensifies....
hold me
