A not so idle
by Cee Are
Age Group: Adult
A not so idle dreamer
left by the wayside
of your life
didn't achieve enough
to stay the losing
of ties to your heart
Dreamer tried
walked untold miles
minimum wages
never reigned in security
of your eyes . . .
Strangely whole
after the breakage
of your exit stage west
lover next
but you never believed
the hair that wasn't
after the I's
need naught
