I've taken off

I've taken off
the bracelet you made for me
I'm clutching in my palm
the tiny knots you wove
I know it meant alot
for you to make and give
And I really want to
put it back on my wrist
to encircle and comfort
the base of my hand
I'm hesitating because
I need to know
that it means more
than just then and maybe when ever
I need to feel
that it's now and always for ever
Please tell me
We won't vanish
Can you
Ask me what you need
to stay
and not
leave
us
alone
again
I've only a little time
It's all yours if you want us to be
