Hard to keep

Hard to keep the fire burning
When your lies are overturning
All that we've made before
Hard to keep the candle lit
Cold wind from a empty door
Says you don't care, not even a bit
Is your love worth believing
Or is it all spent deceiving
Anyone close to those eyes
You've said you only want a friend
Lovers would somehow crowd your skies
Will you let me fall to a messy end
To love you anymore
Is to lose a war
You're anything but fair
Still it's hard to forget . . .
Even the smell of myour hair
Even harder to forget . . .
You have to have to give love
Can't pull it from the skies above
In darkness your self love sleeps
Never dreaming , a thousand nights
In starshine my eyes weep
Never showing , a thousand lights
